The Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice trailer was clearly the star of the show at the Warner Bros Comic-Con panel on 11 July. However, the studio rolled out a big surprise in the form of a pretty awesome Suicide Squad trailer.

Footage from the upcoming supervillain team-up flick superbly teases the expansion of the DC Cinematic Universe - especially with regards to The Joker and Batman's storyline.

The Suicide Squad panel video from Comic Con has surfaced online, showing a few exciting moments from the cast and crew of the movie. Actors Will Smith, Margot Robbie, Cara Delivigne, Viola Davis, Joel Kinnaman and Jai Courtney (No Jared Leto, sadly) answer interview questions while teasing the 2016 blockbuster film.

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice director Zack Snyder was also on-hand to discuss the film's importance to the growing DC Entertainment film universe. Check out the video below: (via ComicBook)
