Victoria Beckham posed in a "never done before" look for the cover of Harper's Bazaar China.

The Daily Mail described her new avatar as one with "bright red hair, tied back, with revealing couture... Victoria appears to have a feathered brow, with her eyebrows brushed upwards giving a less groomed appearance than usual". Apparently, the wife of LA Galaxy forward David Beckham looks like an Asian woman and, at the same time, an animated figure. In fact, some bloggers have even described her as a video game character.

Meanwhile, The Sun's verdict on the new look: "With bright red barnet beneath a black Chinese dragon hair-piece, Posh makes an eye-catching cover star for Harper's Bazaar".

The photo shoot was led by Chinese photographer Chen Man, who is reportedly good with cinematic and dramatic effects.

The singer has previously been on the cover of the UK edition of Harper's Bazaar.

In the interview with the UK edition, the former Spice Girl said she preferred to wear her own designs more than anything else, since it allowed her to feel closer to her customers. However, since she was pregnant last year, she says she was unable to do so. Moreover, she also claimed her designs represented the average woman.

"We always joke that we have this fabulously gorgeous 17-year-old model who is six-foot-whatever and then I say 'OK, I'm going to put it on'. I stand for the general public here. It's how I work. I found it really difficult when I was pregnant and I couldn't do that. It's part of the process - I'll stand here in my knickers and start draping fabric over myself. It was very hard when I didn't have my body," Victoria told Harper's Bazaar UK.

The former Posh Spice will be launching her line - Victoria Beckham Clothing - in China next week, along with the special edition Range Rover Evoque.

The singer-turned-designer definitely has her businesses up and running.
