The show's third season will pick up three months after the fateful season 2 finale, where Clarke (Eliza Taylor) and Bellamy (Bob Morley) used radiation to kill all the Mountain Men. By the end of the episode, Clarke decides to leave Camp Jaha, and embark on a solo journey to clear her conscience.

Warning: Potential spoiler ahead.

What fans can expect in The 100 season 3

1. Clarke may be off to Polis, the Grounder capital, after the disturbing events of the season 2 finale, but trouble seems to follow her there as well. The new trailer released shows Indira saying: "Clarke is being hunted by everyone."

2. Bellamy and Octavia have been through difficult times, but they have always stood beside each other. But the season 3 trailer shows the brother-sister fighting for opposite sides. Octavia punches Bellamy until he bleeds and remarks, "You are dead to me." She is also seen telling someone, "My brother is on the wrong side."

3. Clarke will find love. According to a TV Guide report, after three months living in isolation and in disguise, Clarke will seek for solace in the arms of a compassionate, observant trading post worker. But their alliance is cut short when members of the Ice Nation arrive to hunt down Clarke.

There is good news, however for Bellarke fans as in the trailer we can Bellamy and Clarke hugging. Previously, executive producer Jason Rothenberg had told E! News, "It's clear to me that these two people have come to need each other and respect each other and love each other on some pretty deep level."

4. Lexa and Clarke reunion will happen, but we see them at each other throats in the promo video. As Alycia Debnam-Carey, who plays Lexa, told Entertainment Weekly, "Lexa will make it happen one way or the other. It might not be an easy reconciliation, but it'll happen. If Lexa wants something, it'll happen."

5. A new poster released on Twitter also teases that the City Of Lights will be integral to the storyline this season. It features Clarke staring straight ahead, as the city is visible through the fog and several destroyed buildings.

Theolonious Jaha (Isaiah Washington) discovered the city in the season 2 finale, and he will return to camp Jaha with the artificial intelligence Alie (Erica Cerra).
