A determined koala became the fluff of nightmares for an Australian farmer when it started chasing after her quad bike while she was bringing in her cows for milking.

Ebony Churchill was herding her cows down a muddy path when the animal started running after her.

In the video the koala can be seen keeping pace with the quad for a good 30 seconds as Churchill accelerated and shouts "Get away, get away", without much success.

When she has to stop behind the cows, the marsupial luckily decided to cling onto the back tyre of the quad and not Churchill.

The video of the incident has so far been shared more than 33,000 times on Facebook and proves once again that danger lurks everywhere in Australia.
