Four-Year-Old Boy Doles out Cannabis in School Classroom

A four-year-old boy at kindergarten shocked teachers when he was found doling out cannabis to his classmates.

According to the Record-Journal newspaper, the boy began taking out nine neatly packed bags of marijuana from his coat pocket to share with his peers at Hanover Elementary School, in Meriden, Connecticut.

His teacher confiscated the packets and reported the incident.

"Our concern is for the four-year-old student who had no knowledge of what he was bringing to school," Mark Benigni, the school superintendent, said.

Police and social services are investigating. No arrests have been made.
