You can now experience all new apps, features and system dump from the latest Galaxy S7 on your Galaxy handsets, thanks to the port made available by renowned developer Albe95. While some of the Galaxy handsets are running on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow, they don't have the features that are available in the S7 or S7 Edge.
The S7 apps are basically meant for Galaxy S6 running on Android version 6.0.1 but they are compatible with other Galaxy devices updated to official Marshmallow such as Note 5, S6 Edge+ and S6 Edge. Check out the following list of apps from the S7 you would like to run on your Galaxy device.
Galaxy labs (Home unified + one word call unlocker)
Install: Flash this app through TWRP recovery. If you don't have recovery then, unpack the zip file and place the APK in system/priv-app with correct permissions (rw-r-r). In the end reboot the device.

Weather widget (with new 2x1 dimension support)
Place the downloaded file in system/priv-app/wallpaperPicker_Zero2 then set correct permission (rw-r-r), delete arm folder if you running any Odex ROM (stock firmware), then reboot your phone.
