The singer/actress will embark on her first UK tour in more than 30 years in March 2013.

More than three decades after she shot to worldwide fame as Sandy Olsen in iconic musical Grease, Olivia Newton-John is set to tour the U.K.

The singer and actress will mark her 40 years in music with a string of nationwide dates in March 2013. She has sold more than 100million albums and won an impressive four Grammy Awards during her career.

It will be the first time the 64-year-old entertainer has toured this country since her Totally Hot World Tour in 1978.

The blonde beauty was scheduled for a comeback tour in 1992 but was forced to cancel after being diagnosed with breast cancer.

She will kick off her tour with performances at the Cardiff Motorpoint Arena on 10 March. Fans will also be able to see her at the London's O2 Arena and the famed Royal Albert Hall.

Earlier this month, it was announced that Newton-John was planning to release a Christmas album with her Greece co-star John Travolta.

Speaking of the collaboration Travolta said: "I wanted people to be able to play it around the house or in the car during the holiday, and make us part of your celebration.
