Fuller House actress Jodie Sweetin has spoken up about Miley Cyrus, 23, posting insensitive photos of her on Instagram. The Dancing With The Stars season 22 cast member has said she would ignore such "negative stuff".

"I don't pay attention to negative stuff," Sweetin told E! Online. "I have so much good stuff going on in my life right now that I try not to pay attention."

"We have a family," the 34-year-old actress had earlier said about her close bond with the Fuller House cast. Talking about how her relationship with her co-stars have helped her endure hardship, she said, "I don't think that there's anything that we go through, good, bad, or daily stuff, that we can't share with each other and enjoy and support and love each other. We've known each other for almost 30 years now."

"When you are as close to people as we are to each other, for that long, you become a family. We support and love each other no matter what," she said. "It becomes a real familiar relationship where we insulate each other from all of that stuff and support and love each other through it," she said.

After Miley posted Sweetin's photos on Instagram on 4 March fans were outraged with the Wrecking Ball singer. In the photos Sweetin can be seen seated on the lap of an unidentified man wearing a loose tank top and purple pants. The photos are believed to have been taken when the actress was battling drug and alcohol addiction. She had disclosed her ordeal in her memoir titled unSweetined in 2009.

Soon after the backlash from her fans, a source close to Miley told HollywoodLife, "Miley didn't mean to cause any harm with her Jodie Sweetin post, she was just having a bit of fun. She sexualizes everything, and she wasn't poking fun at Jodie's drug use or anything like that.

"Miley's actually been watching the new Fuller House, so that's what made her think of it. She didn't feel it was inappropriate.

"She actually felt that Jodie was showing off her sexier side in the pics being normally so wholesome in the show," the source added.
