U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry told lawmakers on Tuesday (September 10) the Russian plan to remove chemical weapons from Syria must be "swift, it has to be real, it has to be verifiable" as the U.S. aims to keep pressure on Syria amid diplomatic efforts.
