Redick added that player-led communication is encouraged in the team, with players expected to voice concerns and provide feedback during games. 'I talk about player-led teams all the time. I encourage guys talking to me or talking to our coaches and bringing stuff up and telling us what they need,' he said.

'It's why I wanted to play at Duke and why I wanted to coach here. I want to be part of something that means something.'
