The Jeffrey Epstein files disclosed by the US Department of Justice contained email exchanges between Jeffrey Epstein and some influential figures, with some names redacted.

One exchange was with Epstein's former butler, chauffeur, and cook, Valdson Cotrin. The email read, 'Thank you for the pizza today! Really good,' with subject line as 'Your pizza is YUMMYYUMMY!!'

Epstein, in another exchange, said, 'She looks pregnant,' with his correspondent saying, 'You mean radiating a soft glow with the look of bliss and excitement. Yeah, that's the pizza...'

The names of Roy and Stephanie Hodges were also implicated in the files, where he told Epstein, 'the crew really appreciated the pizza today,' and thanked him for 'letting us do that.' It is unclear who they are, although there are social media claims that they are an Australian couple who ran a superyacht.

Some exchanges contained seemingly harmless content, but internet users speculate otherwise. Harry Fisch, a New York-based urologist, was identified as having contact with Epstein. In their email exchange, he asked Epstein what time he wanted to 'get pizza and grape soda' the following day.

Cheese and Pizza Emojis Used as 'Code' in Child Exploitation Accounts, Activist Warns

Although it was unclear what the term 'pizza' was referring to in the face of the controversy, theories have been circulating online for years as to what it meant and how child predators are using it to target children.

According to a Facebook post, 'The bright yellow cheese symbol means little girl, while the pepperoni-covered pizza means girl. Together they spell out "CP", meaning 'child pornography'.'

Online safety organizations have alerted internet users that pizza, or sometimes cheese pizza, is being used by predators such as Epstein and his associates as coded messages associated with child sexual exploitation

India, a London-based parent, started the campaign to flag and report social media profiles she believes are linked to exploitative content and encourage followers to report them directly to platforms. She has created the Instagram account @pd_protect has been working with the platform's management to get the 'involving a child' reporting option.

According to India, throughout their campaign, more than 2,000 accounts have already been removed by Instagram after being reported. She added that they have compiled and sent another list of 5,000 accounts to Instagram for review. India said that she's doing her best to cooperate with the platform rather than attack it.

India said accounts linked to child exploitation material often shift to other services once initial contact is established, including MEGA and Telegram.

It is said that the profiles most vulnerable to being targeted include those of young dancers, gymnasts, and child models, particularly when profiles are public and include open direct messages for collaborations.

According to The Telegraph, activists have called on social media giants to improve their platforms' security and shut down these accounts immediately.

Parents are also warned to be wary of sharing the photos of their children online if their accounts are public, as this could be targeted by paedophiles online.

The emoji code is reportedly associated with the 'Pizzagate' conspiracy theory, which claims that Comet Ping Pong, a pizza restaurant in Washington, DC, is a secret meeting place for powerful paedophiles.
