Madonna has shocked thousands of fans by flashing one of her breasts during a sexually charged concert in Turkey.

The Like a Virgin hitmaker, who hit the stage in Istanbul as part of her MDNA world tour, courted fresh controversy when she exposed herself to the cheering crowd.

The 53-year-old star chose her 1995 hit Human Nature to act out her strip routine for the 55,000-strong audience.

Madonna first teased fans by removing her shirt before peeling down the front of her lace bra to flash a nipple.

This is not the first time the singer's antics during MDNA world tour has made headlines.

She raised eyebrows recently when she draped a swastika on a picture of French National Front leader Marine Le Pen during a show in Tel Aviv.
