MAGA Influencer Jake Lang Rocked by 'Underage Text' Scandal as Leaked Messages Spark Calls for Arrest
Screenshots of purported messages between Lang and a teen go viral, prompting lawyers, police, and social media uproar

Jake Lang, the notorious far-right MAGA influencer and Republican Senate candidate, is once again under fire after unverified screenshots surfaced showing him allegedly exchanging inappropriate messages with a 15-year-old.
The Florida politician, already infamous for his involvement in the January 6 Capitol riots and recent public stunts in New York City, now faces a new wave of social media outrage and calls for his arrest.
Jake Lang's Alleged Text Messages Spark Outrage
Over the past week, screenshots purportedly showing Lang texting a minor have gone viral on Instagram and Reddit. According to posts circulating online, the messages involved a person claiming to be 15 years old, with Lang allegedly commenting on their age in ways critics say were inappropriate.
Users immediately raised questions and demanded explanations. One social media page wrote directly to Lang: 'Care to explain these texts?'
Lang responded by sharing screenshots of a conversation with Alex Rosen, founder of Houston-based Predator Poachers, an organisation that conducts sting operations on adults attempting to contact minors.
In the exchange, Lang wrote: 'Nice fake set up groypers – but I wouldn't even allow this person to attend my protests until they were 16.' He insisted he never intended to engage with a minor and blamed the situation on the Groypers, a faction led by far-right activist Nick Fuentes, while promising legal action against the claims.

Jake Lang posted this pathetic excuse to explain why he was trying to groom a 15-year-old girl and even said that he couldn't wait until she turned 16.

Controversial Protests Add Fuel to Fire
Lang's alleged messaging scandal comes on the heels of a series of controversial stunts in New York. On 7 March 2026, he led a 'Stop the Islamic Takeover of NYC' protest outside Gracie Mansion, home of Mayor Zohran Mamdani. The protest escalated when counterprotesters allegedly threw improvised explosive devices.
Police arrested two suspects, 18 and 19 years old, who reportedly expressed allegiance to ISIS. Authorities stated that the incident was unrelated to the ongoing war in Iran but confirmed heightened security in Manhattan.
Two days later, Lang caused further outrage at a vigil in Washington Square Park for the recently deceased Iranian Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. Reports claim he arrived in a U-Haul truck, performed a lewd act involving a live goat, and antagonised attendees, prompting widespread criticism online. These incidents have compounded the anger directed at Lang after the alleged text messages went viral.
Lang's Legal History Intensifies Scrutiny
Jake Lang, born around 1995, has a long history of high-profile controversies. He gained notoriety for participating in the 6 January 2021 US Capitol riot, where he was filmed assaulting police officers using a baseball bat and a shield. He spent four years in pretrial detention but was pardoned by President Donald Trump on the first day of Trump's second term in January 2025.
Now, with the recent text allegations circulating, questions about Lang's suitability for public office have intensified. Critics argue that his previous actions combined with the messaging scandal make him a dangerous figure in politics, especially as he campaigns for the 2026 US Senate special election in Florida. Social media is awash with memes, calls for accountability, and speculation about whether authorities will investigate the alleged communications.
Social Media Backlash and Calls for Arrest
The reaction online has been swift and brutal. Users on X, Reddit, and Instagram condemned Lang, with some calling for immediate law enforcement intervention. Many have highlighted the juxtaposition between his self-proclaimed conservative, family-friendly image and the allegations now circulating. Commenters have also pointed to his history of provocations at protests, framing the text scandal as part of a broader pattern of reckless behaviour.
Despite Lang's denials and claims that the texts were a setup, public outrage continues to mount. Experts warn that even unverified allegations can severely impact a political career, and in Lang's case, the viral nature of the screenshots has made it impossible for the story to fade quickly. Legal analysts suggest that if authorities investigate, his past criminal history could come under scrutiny as well.
As the MAGA influencer battles both viral condemnation and legal threats, social media users remain relentless in demanding accountability.
