The man with what is believed to be the world's largest penis has been registered disabled in his native Mexico, as the size of his member means he cannot work.

Roberto Esquivel Cabrera has a 18.9 inch penis and has refused penis reduction surgery as he may want to pursue a career in the porn industry, according to reports.

The 54-year-old says he cannot hold down a regular job as he cannot wear a uniform or complete certain physical tasks.

Now Cabrera, from Saltillo, Mexico, has seen his condition confirmed as a "disability" by the Mexican government after officials initially dismissed his claim, reported The Sun.

"I cannot wear a uniform like anybody in the companies and also I cannot get on my knees," he said according to the Mail Online.

"I cannot run fast and so the companies think badly of me. They say that they will call me, but they never do."

He added: "Every four months they give me some economic assistance, but it is not enough. I visit the food banks every day to take my meals at 12 'o clock."

Doctors believe Cabrera stretched his massive appendage using weights and elastic bands since he was a teenager, meaning that most of the penis is foreskin.

It emerged earlier this year that he had been offered a role in a porn film by the man behind YouPorn and the FakeTaxi series.

Naming himself 'The YouPorn Guy' told TheLadBible: "We would fly him over to Prague and he can come see our doctors and nurses at our FakeHospital.com.

"We would make the scene quite comical, and would get a female doctor and two or three nurses all trying to have a go on it.

"He would have the time of his life. Everyone would want to see the scene for sure, whether they would get off on it is another matter."

Cabrera was deported from the United States to Saltillo in 2011 and lives alone, surviving on social assistance and scavenging for food. He also states that he has struggled with relationships as women are frightened to have sex with him.
