US Basketball legend Michael Jordan is set to marry for the second time after proposing to his long-time girlfriend Yvette Prieto.
Jordan's spokeswoman confirmed on Thursday that the 48-year-old star popped the question over the Christmas weekend and 32-year-old Prieto happily accepted.
The couple have been dating for three years so it could be second time lucky for the sports icon.
The former NBA pro, who is now a majority owner of the Charlotte Bobcats,previously married Juanita Vanoy in 1989. The couple were together for 17 years before divorcing in 2006.
They had three children together, Jeffrey Michael, 23, Marcus James, 21, and Jasmine, 19.
