Pssst! Wanna buy a Grayson Perry, Anish Kapoor or Peter Blake dirt cheap? Get yourself along to the Royal College of Art in London for the Stewarts Law RCA Secret 2016 exhibition and sale. Nearly 2,000 postcard-sized artworks are on sale for a fixed price of £55, with the identity of the maker revealed only once the purchase is complete. Art enthusiasts and collectors take the challenge to crack the secret and guess the identity of the postcards' creators.

This year's designers and artists include David Bailey, Jeremy Deller, Maggi Hambling, Thomas Heatherwick, Steve McQueen, Zandra Rhodes, Yinka Shonibare, Damon Albarn and William Orbit, so you could end up with an amazing bargain.

RCA Secret runs from 8 to15 April (Friday 8 and Saturday 9 April exhibition only; sale begins Sunday 10 April; collection Saturday 16 April).

Friday 8 – Saturday 9 April: Public exhibition open (no sales) 12pm – 6pm. Sunday 10 April: Sale open 8am – 6pm. Monday 11 – Friday 15 April: Sale open 11am – 6pm (late openings on Wednesday and Friday, closing at 8pm). Exhibition closes at 8pm on Friday 15 April. All profits generated through the RCA Secret sale will go to the RCA Fund which supports emerging artists at a formative stage in their careers by funding scholarships to the College.
