RuPaul hints at a possible movie based on the show RuPaul's Drag Race avclub.com

American actor and drag queen RuPaul is planning a Drag Race movie. The Supermodel hit maker revealed his plans during his interview with Shade Dragazine, the newest venture by Gay Times magazine.

The 54-year-old graced the covers of the magazine and looked stunning in a purple gown. During the interview, he teased that the popular American show will soon be adapted as a movie with the contestants playing vital characters.

"It's going to be a movie starring all the girls from our show, the big stars from RuPaul's Drag Race, and that's something we're working on right now," the Drag Race show host and judge told the Magazine via New Now Next. "I think the only time I could possibly do it would be in October I think."

He further hinted that the American reality series will soon be adapted for a UK version and teased that the series may happen sooner than the fans think.

"Well, I think that because truTV has brought all the seasons of Drag Race to the UK I think that that might be something that will happen much sooner. I think that people will fall so in love with the show, I think that the hunger and the thirst for a UK version will probably happen. That's my prediction."
