Followed by the flurry of speculated features, now the prototypes of Samsung's third generation Galaxy Note have started emerging via leaks.
GforGames has recently obtained and published what is termed as the prototype of Samsung's upcoming Galaxy Note 3. As seen in the above leaked photo, the Note 3 is placed between a Nokia handset and Sony's latest flagship, Xperia Z which features a 5in display.
What is slightly strange about the alleged Galaxy Note 3 prototype is the device seems to be bigger than 5.99in, which has been rumoured so far as the expected screen size the Note 3.
However, the leak is said to be identical to those photos obtained by Sammobile who claimed to have got hands on a prototype of the Note 3.
The photo suggests that the display of Galaxy Note 3 is comparatively big. Besides, the device features high resolution display and bezel. The resolution is believed to be of full HD. Although, the device resembles to a prototype body but what is not confirmed yet is the S pen functionality.
Prior to both these leaks, Chinese site news.mydrivers.com along with revealing the features of Note 3 had posted a purported photo of the handset. According to the disclosure then, the next Note was expected to feature a 5.9in display with 1080p resolution.
The Galaxy Note 3, as romoured, is expected to feature a 5.99in Super AMOLED display. It would have a high resolution 13 megapixel rear-facing camera. It is likely to use either an octa-core processor or Snapdragon 800 processor. The handset will run on either Android 4.2.2 or 4.3 and feature Samsung's own TouchWiz Nature UX interface.
The South Korean mobile manufacturer is expected to introduce the Galaxy Note 3 in the upcoming 2013 IFA event in Berlin.
