Horrifying video has emerged of a man falling from an amusement park ride on Monday afternoon in China. The footage, posted on video sharing site LiveLeak, only lasts four seconds and shows a man falling from a ride as it turns upside down.

The LiveLeak user who posted the video wrote that the incident took place in Sanmenxia Mianchi Yangshao Square. In the clip a crowd of onlookers is heard screaming as they witness the man falling.

The user also said that the man's seatbelt had come undone and that he had died but there is no official confirmation of this. The video has been viewed over 92,000 times at the time of writing.

The incident comes after a 19-year-old man was crushed by the machinery in a swinging pirate ship ride after he drunkenly stood up, lost his balance and fell forward. According to the Daily Mail it took place Jiaguang Village, in Baoding City of China's northern Hebei Province.
