Tracy Tutor Sues Real Estate Mogul: Disturbing Sexual Assault Allegations Emerge
Tracy Tutor's lawsuit adds to the legal troubles of the Alexander brothers, who face federal sex trafficking charges.

The Alexander brothers' federal sex trafficking case was dealt another blow following reports of another related case filed by reality TV star Tracy Tutor. Tutor claims that one of the brothers, Oren Alexander, drugged and sexually assaulted her in 2014.
In a complaint obtained by People that was submitted on Thursday, 5 March, the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles star alleged she was invited to go to New York for dinner with Alexander and brokers who worked for Douglas Elliman. She attended the function with a friend.
However, Tutor claimed that she blacked out at some point after being handed a drink. She disappeared briefly and this led to her friend looking for her whereabouts. The unnamed companion found Tutor in the men's room with Oren kissing her and touching sensitive parts of her body.
This led to an argument between Alexander and Tutor's friend. The reality star's companion managed to get Tutor out of the restroom. However, the unnamed friend ended up leaving the venue, allegedly fearing he might lose his job.
However, he did try to make sure that someone would look after Tracy. He asked someone to look after her friend and make sure that Tutor got back to her hotel room safely.
Wrong Hotel Room
When Tutor got back to her senses and came to, she recalled waking up in a different hotel room. Tracy added that she found her tampon removed, leading her to conclude that she was sexually assaulted.
Tutor's claims are serious but were downplayed by Alexander's attorney, Jason Goldman. He questioned the timing of the filing of the sexual assault allegation, branding it as a way to make headlines as reported by NBC News.
'Ms. Tutor and her counsel have timed the filing of this salacious and demonstrably false lawsuit for maximum media impact, choosing the eve of jury deliberations in the federal trial despite the fact that the allegations are more than a decade old and have already been aired publicly,' Goldman stated.
Multiple Victims
In the complaint filed by Tutor, Oren Alexander was the sole defendant. However, the 50-year-old believes he did not plan it alone. She singled out the fact that Oren, along with his two brothers, Alon and Tai, habitually drugged and sexually assaulted women for more than a decade, TMZ reported.
The Tutor complaint becomes the latest addition to the Alexander brothers' legal problems. All three are standing trial for federal sex trafficking charges in the Southern District of New York. Jury deliberations are set to start this week.
The three men were initially charged by the U.S. attorney's office in December 2024. The office said that Oren, Alon and Tai engaged in sex trafficking from 2010 to 2021. Tutor's claims of allegedly being sexually assaulted in 2014 fit in that timeline.
According to FBI assistant director James Dennehy, the brothers used their wealth and status to take advantage of countless innocent women. That included forcing them into sex acts.
After Tutor, it remains to be seen if other women who may have links to the Alexander brothers will come out and follow the lead of the reality TV star. If other women follow, things may worsen for the high-profile real estate agent brothers.
