A video has been released which shows the moment a professional footballer in Ukraine decides to answer his mobile phone in the middle of a match.
In the amateur footage posted on YouTube, Ukrainian defender Oleh Makarov can be seen delving in to his pocket and answering his phone, all whilst the match is on-going. He has to quickly interrupt his conversation at one point to receive a pass, before directing a long ball forward.
Makarov was playing for FC Enerhiya Nova Kakhovka, who eventually ran out 2-1 winners over Olimpik Donetsk in their exhibition match. FC Enerhiya Nova Kakhovka play in the Ukrainian Second League, the third tier in the Ukraine's professional football pyramid.
