Fear the Walking Dead season 2 premiered to high viewership numbers, but as usual fans found it slow again. However, show's producers and actors have teased major twists in the upcoming episodes. The companion series of The Walking Dead will return this week with episode two titled We All Fall Down and will reveal more about Travis Manawa, Madison Clarke and their children.
The episode will also focus more on the dangers that is looming around the water as the team tries to escape to a safe harbor at the onset of the zombie apocalypse.
The synopsis of the episode reads: The group seeks shelter with a survivalist family, and Madison tries to uncover the family's true motives. Meanwhile, Salazar works to discover Strand's intentions.
As of now the families are struggling to cope with the aftermath of the zombie outbreak but the most affected of them all is Travis' son Chris as his mother Lisa was shot by his father in order to prevent her zombie transition.
"It's going be very difficult for Chris to understand the situation ultimately," executive producer Dave Erickson told IBTimes UK in an exclusive interview, while explaining the equation of the characters as they try to adjust with the apocalypse and the dangers that are looming around the yacht Abigail.
"They are now in a place where they will realise that things may not soon be getting better. And they will be confronted with a lot of devious moments. We will potentially see the disintegration of the families as the story progresses," he added.
The series is yet to introduce the sequence where someone from the fateful Flight 462 will meet with the survivors who have taken refuge in water in Victor Strand's yacht Abigail.
Fear The Walking Dead season 2 episode 2 will air on 17 April at 9pm EDT in the US on AMC.
