Whilst the world remains fixated on the friction between the Beckham and Peltz dynasties, the man at the centre of the storm, Brooklyn Beckham, is occupied with a far more structured existence than his critics might suggest. His daily routine is anchored by an intense devotion to fitness, serving as a mental anchor amidst his very public estrangement from his parents.

Brooklyn has often been dismissed as a dilettante because he keeps switching jobs. However, his lifestyle reveals a rigid commitment to physical wellness.

Morning Rituals and Domestic Life with Nicola Peltz

Brooklyn Beckham's day begins well before the sun rises. According to him, they go to bed before 10 pm and are usually out of bed at 5:30 am or 6 am 'because the dogs wake us up'. His morning ritual includes their pets.

'My dogs wake me up really early. I take them out and I feed them, and then I go to the gym, and then I work,' he told GQ in July 2025.

Brooklyn has always loved running, and it is a huge part of his exercise routine.

Brooklyn has always loved running, and it is a huge part of his exercise routine. 'I try to run five to six miles every day. I love running outside. I love running in the heat. Even if it's a little bit cold, I still put on a jumper and run, because I'm not one of those people who naturally sweats,' he said.

He usually finishes his workout with an ice bath. According to Victoria and David Beckham's son, it keeps him feeling refreshed the whole day. His love for running extends beyond his morning routine—he goes for another run before bed.

Although Brooklyn starts his day early, he admits that he is not a morning breakfast person. He works better 'on an empty stomach' and doesn't get hungry until late afternoon. 'I just feel, like, bloated the rest of the day if I eat breakfast,' he said.

When he is not busy with work, he spends his downtime with his wife, relaxing at home. 'If I'm not working—and then just hang out with my wife and my dogs really. Sit by the fire and watch a movie or TV show,' he told Mirror.

A History of Career Shifts

Brooklyn has recently raised eyebrows after he attacked his parents for his upbringing in a six-page post on his Instagram Stories on Monday. Many called him out for being ungrateful after all the support he received from his parents.

Whilst Victoria and David Beckham enjoyed established careers in their early 20s, Brooklyn is still finding his calling. He worked as a barista at 15 and tried to follow his father's career as a footballer, joining Arsenal Football Club's youth team before leaving at 16.

In 2014, Brooklyn started modelling, posing for Vogue China, Miss Vogue, and Interview. Two years later, he switched to photography and, in 2017, released his photography book, Brooklyn Beckham: What I See.

Brooklyn discovered his passion for cooking during the COVID-19 lockdown, leading him to start his hot sauce brand Cloud 23. Despite his efforts, Brooklyn couldn't escape the 'nepo baby' label, with many mocking him as a 'wannabe' chef. 'Cooking makes me happy,' he said.

In 2025, Brooklyn started racing and appeared in the documentary, Formula E Creators' Challenge.

'I Might Be Changing Careers'

According to Brooklyn, his wife was 'a little bit worried' when he joined the world of motorsports. However, Nicola Peltz reportedly loved it after seeing him in his race outfit.

'You should do this as a job. You look really good,' Brooklyn shared of his wife's reaction. 'She was a little bit worried. But after she saw me, after I got out of the car, she was like: 'You look really sexy!' So I might be changing careers.'

Though Brooklyn just started racing in 2025, he has always loved driving and he has an extensive car collection, including a Mercedes-Benz, a BMW M3, i8 Roadster, and a Jaguar XK140, which he received from his parents on his wedding day.

'Me and my dad are proper car guys... proper. I've been in go-karts since I was a little kid. Am I a handy driver? I think I'm all right,' he said.

Brooklyn, 26, has tried a lot of things, and it remains unclear whether his career pursuit will end on the racetrack or whether another endeavour will capture his attention soon. However, his commitment to staying fit is a constant.
