She alleged that they would meet up at his office, prior to moving to hotels. The couple would even go to his home when his family was away. Grace also claims that his wife even 'encouraged' the tryst.

She said he would give her gifts and cash over the course of their relationship. At one point, Capriglione gave her an address to meet up, turning out to be a Chuck E. Cheese.

'He told me to go to the back of the building and next to the dumpster there would be a rubber mat. Look under it,' she recalled him telling her. 'And under this rubber mat was an envelope with money,' she added.

Grace said their relationship started to fizzle out in 2012, when he was elected to the state legislature. The two shared a call between 2019 and 2020, where Grace voiced her outrage with the lawmaker's views.

She claims he hung up, and the two never spoke again. Three days before Grace's video surfaced, he would come clean about the affair. While he did acknowledge it, he denied paying for any abortions, vowing to pursue 'legal remedies' over her claims.
