Zendaya and Tom Holland's wedding mystery has taken another turn after longtime stylist Law Roach said the couple have not yet had an official wedding ceremony, despite months of speculation and comments suggesting they had already tied the knot. Roach also gave a timing clue, saying the ceremony would happen after Zendaya's Dune: Part Three press tour.

Roach made the comments while speaking at the 2026 Emmy Awards in Los Angeles on 14 September. Asked about his previous claims about the couple's wedding, he admitted that he had lied and said Zendaya and Holland had not had an official ceremony yet.

The latest statement reverses Roach's earlier claims that the couple had already married privately. His changing accounts have added to uncertainty over whether Zendaya and Holland have formally married.

Roach was also asked whether he could be misleading fans again. He acknowledged that he could, leaving his latest account open to doubt.

Roach Drops Clue About the Wedding Timing

Roach said Zendaya and Holland's official ceremony would take place after Zendaya completes the press tour for Dune: Part Three.

He did not give an exact wedding date, but the timing points to a period after Zendaya's promotional commitments for the film, which is currently scheduled for release in December 2026.

Roach also indicated that he would dress Zendaya for the wedding, suggesting he expects a formal ceremony to take place.

Tom Holland's Comments Fuelled the Wedding Mystery

Roach's latest remarks are notable because Holland previously appeared to suggest that a wedding had already taken place.

In an interview published in June, Holland discussed AI-generated images showing him and Zendaya in wedding attire. When asked whether he had needed to explain to his family that the images were fake, he said he did not because they had all been there. The comment was widely interpreted as a reference to an actual wedding.

Holland has also referred to Zendaya as his 'wife' in interviews, further complicating the question of whether the pair have already married.

Private Surrey Celebration Adds Another Twist

The mystery became more complicated after PEOPLE reported that Zendaya and Holland held a private wedding celebration in Surrey on 4 August, citing a source. However, the couple have not publicly confirmed those details.

The reported celebration is significant because Roach's latest comments specifically refer to an official ceremony. That leaves open the distinction between a reported private celebration and the formal ceremony he says has yet to take place.

The circulating wedding images have added further confusion. Roach has dismissed widely shared photographs as AI-generated, while Zendaya previously responded to wedding speculation by sharing a spoof wedding video from The Drama.

Zendaya and Tom Holland's Relationship

Zendaya and Holland met while filming Spider-Man: Homecoming, and their relationship became public in 2021. They became engaged in late 2024, according to reports.

For now, Roach's latest comments do not definitively resolve whether Zendaya and Holland have already married. His statement that there has been no official ceremony, combined with his admission that he could be misleading fans again, leaves the couple's wedding status unresolved.
