Better Call Saul season 3
Jimmy in his Saul Goodman persona in Better Call Saul season 3 AMC

No new episode of Better Call Saul Season 3 will air this Monday on AMC Network as the show has gone on a brief hiatus due to Memorial Day.

However, there is some relief for the show lovers as the network will air Better Call Saul catch-up marathon on 29 May wherein you can catch up on what happened in Jimmy McGill lives. The marathon, which starts at 5pm ET, will feature all seven of Better Call Saul's season three episodes.

Better Call Saul season 3 episode 8, which is titled Slip, will now air on June 5 at 10pm EST. The promo for the next week's episode teases that Jimmy is only going to fall further while Mike gets mixed up in Nacho's business.

The official synopsis reads as follows:

Jimmy is pushed to desperate measures; Nacho picks up a skill; Mike explores an alliance; Kim stands up to Hamlin

The previous episode, titled Off Brand, featured the introduction of a familiar character Lydia Rodarte-Quayle. Actor Laura Fraser, who plays the sociopath character, teased if Lydia will return in Better Call Saul upcoming episodes.

Fraser told Variety, "We will see. I would like to come back for more, but I would also like not to, because then I could be very happy watching it and just bee an outsider again."

When asked who Lydia is in this Better Call Saul timeline, the actress explained, "She's still coping. She still thinks what's she's doing is going to lead to more power, more control. She's not totally ethically, morally bankrupt yet. She's going to get out with enough power, control and money that she can feel safe for the rest of her life. "

"Because she was brought up in a group home so she's always felt people have taken advantage of her. She's been scared. Never been able to be in control of her own destiny. She thinks if she can get even power, enough control, enough money she's going to be safe. At this point she thinks, I'm going to do this. I'm going to be all right, "Fraser added.
