Channing Tatum has denied operating an anonymous Instagram account that sparked online speculation over comments about his former fiancée Zoë Kravitz and her fiancé Harry Styles, insisting he has only one Instagram profile.

The 46-year-old actor addressed the theory after social media users linked him to an anonymous account called 'Nonya Bidness' or @bidness_nonya. However, there is no independent confirmation that Tatum was behind the profile, which has since gone dark.

Tatum Denies Running Instagram Burner Account

Tatum addressed the speculation on his Instagram Story on Monday, 21 September, dismissing the idea that he would spend his free time running a secret account.

'Yo i truly can't believe yall think this is what I'm doing with my free time. F*ckin hilarious,' he wrote.

He also questioned why he would follow an account he was supposedly using as a burner if he wanted to keep his identity hidden.

'Also why would I follow a burner account if I didn't want people to connect me to it? Wtf come on,' Tatum added.

He then directly addressed the central claim, writing: 'But if I really need to say it, I only have one IG account @channingtatum.'

Why Fans Thought the Account Was Tatum's

The speculation centred on the account's follower list. According to reports and social media users who examined the profile, Tatum's verified Instagram account appeared to be its only follower, prompting users to question why the actor would follow an anonymous account making comments about his personal life.

The theory spread across social media over the weekend, particularly on X and Reddit, after screenshots of the account's comments circulated. The apparent connection, however, was circumstantial and did not establish that Tatum controlled or operated the profile.

The account attracted attention after screenshots circulated purporting to show comments about Kravitz and Styles, who were reported to be engaged in April 2026.

One comment under a post about the pair reportedly read 'Just here for the hate'. The account also made comments that appeared to reference Tatum favourably while making snarky remarks about Kravitz and Styles.

The comments attributed to the account fuelled the theory because Kravitz was previously engaged to Tatum. However, the identity of the person behind the account has not been independently established.

Before Tatum addressed the speculation, online sleuths had raised questions about whether the account belonged to him.
