Cheryl Fernandez-Versini was back on form as she attended Fashion Week. The singer was all smiles as she arrived at her friend Gareth Pugh's catwalk presentation at Freemasons Hall on Saturday (20 February) night.
The 32-year-old looked effortlessly stylish in a smart grey dress matched with vertiginous heels as she attended the Sunderland-born designer's showcase. Her happy demeanour was a sea-change compared with her mood at the end of the last year, as speculation mounted that Cheryl was to divorce her husband Jean-Bernard.
It could have been the girl's getaway to Barbados, as she saw her best friend Kimberly Walsh tie the knot, that gave her a much-needed break from her reported marital woes. It could be a result of a rumoured new string of admirers including a musician and sportsman, whose attentions are said to have done wonders for her ego, and it might even be reports that she and husband Jean Bernard have reconciled.
Whatever it was, Cheryl was looking radiant and exuding confidence. Her appearance at Fashion Week comes after it was reported she had jetted off with her estranged husband Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini for a make or break holiday.
The Frenchman posted a photo from a romantic holiday destination on Instagram, fueling speculation that he and Cheryl are back together for good.
The photo of a stunning overwater villa was captioned with two telling emojis, one of sunglasses and another smiling face with heart-shaped eyes. The resort appears to be an exotic destination such as Tahiti, Bora Bora or the Maldives.
The 35-year-old entrepreneur is apparently fighting for his love and his marriage, as he appears to be pulling out all the stops to win back his estranged wife. The X Factor judge is believed to have 'begun formal legal proceedings' to divorce the French restaurateur, but Jean-Bernard has been working hard to win her back. He reportedly bombarded her with flowers, chocolates and jewellery on Valentine's Day in a bid to prove his love 'is as strong as ever'.
Whatever it is something has certainly put the smile back on Cheryl's face.
