Chris Hemsworth plays Norse god Thor in the Marvel series Marvel Studios

Captain America: Civil War has a heavy dose of Marvel superheroes, but it seems that Thor is angry neither he nor Hulk were part of the film. But in all fairness, the two muscular superheroes are going to be pretty busy fighting their own battles on Asgard, in next year's Thor: Ragnarok.

In a comic video posted by Walt Disney Studios, Chris Hemsworth, who plays the hammer-wielding mythical god Thor, talks about the fight between Captain America (Chris Evans) and Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr), while showing off his guns by doing chin-ups at the gym.

"It's funny, everyone keeps asking me are you Team Cap? Team Iron Man," Hemsworth says in the video.

"Who cares! Where was the invite for me and Hulk? Just leave the two strongest biggest Avengers out of this one, did ya?

"Is this one for the kids?" he asks while switching to doing one-handed chin-ups with ease.
"Just one for the kids... to have a scrap. The kids just have a scrap and we just sit on the sidelines. When you're done messing around, then the big boys will just step in," he adds.

Leading us to a flashback of when the Norse god lost his hammer-wielding powers in the first Thor film, Hemsworth questions whether he is still capable of lifting his weapon of choice. "Maybe I'm not worth. Maybe I can't pick up the hammer anymore. Let me see," he ponders, before "drawing" his legendary hammer right into his hand. The Aussie actor then goes on to do some more one-handed exercises while holding his hammer.

And when Thor isn't fighting to save the realms, he's out celebrating Administrative Professionals' Day by surprising a super-fan with a massage. Hemsworth visited Ellen DeGeneres' office where he surprised one of her staffers while the talk show host explained that the actor would "take care of you today, since you are so used to taking care of other people".

After getting over her initial shock, the thrilled employee took a chance and asked the In The Heart Of The Sea actor: "Can we get naked?" before being reminded by DeGeneres that he is married. The woman, who then confessed to being married as well, told the actor: "And you have beautiful children."

Hemsworth will next be seen in the Ghostbusters remake as Kevin, the bespectacled receptionist. The movie premieres on 15 July 2016.
