Ex-Male Escort Sues Diddy Over 'Systemic Sexual Exploitation' With Photos of Alleged Hotel Prep

Former male escort Clayton Howard has submitted new photographic evidence in his civil lawsuit against Sean 'Diddy' Combs and Casandra 'Cassie' Ventura, alleging a pattern of systemic sexual exploitation. The amended legal documents include pictures that Howard claims show him being flown across the country and accommodated in luxury hotels for sexual encounters.

Howard, who is now a law student and was a witness in Diddy's criminal trial, initially filed the lawsuit over what he describes as trauma from his encounters with the former couple. He alleges that he was hired to engage in sexual acts with Cassie in various hotel rooms, while Diddy observed and provided instructions. Combs has denied the allegations, while Ventura has sought dismissal of the claims against her.

Tracking the Evidence of Systemic Sexual Exploitation

Howard attached three photographs to his amended complaint. He alleges that the images support his claims about sexual encounters involving Combs and Ventura over a period beginning in 2009.

The first image, allegedly taken on 16 December 2016, shows the view from an aeroplane seat. Howard says the photograph supports his account of being transported for the alleged encounters, although the image itself does not establish who was travelling or the purpose of the journey.

The second photograph purportedly shows a hotel room in Miami Beach and is dated 18 December 2016. The image contains personal belongings on a bed, which Howard cites as part of the evidence supporting his allegations.

The third picture is purportedly of a Miami hotel hallway. Howard has included the photographs as part of his amended complaint, but the images alone do not establish the allegations made in the lawsuit.

Cassie Responds to the Sex Trafficking Claims

The legal dispute has continued as Howard attempts to pursue his claims against Combs and Ventura. A federal judge previously dismissed the claims against Ventura but gave Howard an opportunity to amend some of his allegations. Ventura has continued to seek dismissal of the claims against her.

In her legal filings, Ventura argued that Howard's lawsuit should be dismissed and questioned the basis and timing of his claims. She also pointed to a message Howard sent to her husband, Alex Fine, after she publicly accused Combs of abuse.

According to Ventura's legal arguments, Howard was supportive of her allegations before learning that she had reached a settlement with Combs. Her lawyers have argued that his subsequent claims against her should therefore be dismissed. Howard has disputed the significance of the message and his reasons for bringing the lawsuit.

Will the New Evidence Against Diddy Hold Up?

Howard is seeking millions of dollars in damages for injuries and trauma he says resulted from his alleged involvement in the encounters. He is relying on the photographs, along with other material submitted in his amended complaint, to support his claims.

The photographs form part of Howard's allegations but do not, on their own, establish that the events he describes occurred or prove that Combs or Ventura committed the alleged offences.

The civil case remains separate from Combs' federal criminal proceedings. Howard's allegations against Combs and Ventura have not been established as facts in court, and Combs has denied wrongdoing. Ventura has also challenged Howard's claims and is seeking to have the case against her dismissed.
