In the pilot episode of Second Chance, a satirical series aired on Fox in 1987, Col Muammar Gaddafi is seen arriving in purgatory with bullet holes in his chest on July 29, 2011. In the sketch, the former Libyan dictator is sentenced to an eternity in hell for killing innocent civilians with "terrorist explosives."

The late leader's actual demise occurred on October 20, 2011, when he was captured and killed by rebel forces while attempting to flee his hometown of Sirte. The video, although over 20 years old, offers a toungue-in-cheek take on Gaddafi's rather gruseome end, which has dominated the international media over the past days and weeks.
