Gigi Hadid is no stranger to stripping off, after taking part in the scantily clad Victoria's Secret show and countless editorials. However the 20-year-old model has got heads turning after the cover for the upcoming Vogue Paris was revealed with a sultry Hadid on the front dressed only in a pair of pearl-detailed stiletto Chanel mules and oversized cuffs.
Accompanied by the title 'The phenomenal body with 10 million fans' the French fashion bible presents two separate covers shot by celebrated photography duo Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, and styled by Vogue paris editor Emanuelle Alt with Gigi showing off her toned and honed figure.
Seeming more than happy to strip off for the shoot, the model shared both pictures to her 13 million fans on Instagram with the first showing her 'covered up' in a Chanel bouclé embellished jacket, as well as the second more racy cover that she describes as 'the version where I'm wearing mostly Chanel N°5 ;) lol' which is clearly a cheeky homage to Marilyn Monroe's admission that she wore only the infamous perfume in bed.
Despite the collective 1.3million likes on her Instagram, it was Hadid's new beau and ex One Directioner Zayn Malik who caused the biggest stir on social media, sharing the images that Vogue Paris had posted, with some cheeky emojis that gave the impression he was very pleased with the results.
Hadid has already graced the cover of British Vogue and has cemented her name as a top player in the fashion industry after walking in the Chanel couture show in January 2016 and also being signed as the current face of Maybelline and Versace. However this recent move to Vogue Paris will add even more weight to her name as one of the new supermodels, clothes or no clothes. Of course it is not the first time Hadid has posed nude, and certainly not the only time this season, with the current Stuart Weitzman campaign that has her posing with Joan Smalls and Lily Aldridge in nothing but Weitzman sandals.
The March 2016 issue of Vogue is out from February 18.
