Meredith, who has given all her support to Alex, is battling with her person conflicts. She is falling for doctor Nathan Riggs but also realises that her sister Maggie is attracted to Nathan and warns the same to her crush by warning him that her sister is going to ask him out.
"Maggie is going to ask you out. On a date ... she wants to date you. And you are going to be nice and say 'No," she tells Nathan. "Oh, so she doesn't know that you're madly in love with me," Nathan teases Mer.
"I am not madly in love with you," she answers. "Oh, you're close," he again teases her before suggesting that they should make out on the couch to send a clear message that they are dating. It will be interesting to see how Maggie will react when she will learn about her sister's secret affair with her crush.
