John Cena's return to the WWE is highly anticipated as he is currently on a hiatus from wrestling and is busy filming for the second season of American Grit. The WWE universe has been intensely speculating as to what the superstar could do when he steps back in the squared circle.

With Cena's precious time divided between wrestling and his other projects, the question fans have been asking for years could finally be answered at WrestleMania 33. The question that fans have asked for years: Will Cena ever turn heel?

Jim Ross on The Ross Report podcast said that Cena will shock the WWE universe as he could turn heel during his fight with The Undertaker at WrestleMania 33. Rumours about the fight between the Deadman and Cena have been doing the rounds for some months now.

"I think Cena vs. Undertaker at WrestleMania has fascinating potential. So, here's what you got at WrestleMania 33: you've got The Undertaker defending the WWE title against John Cena, and I'm thinking Cena is gonna turn heel, and screw The Undertaker in his last match," the WWE Hall of Famer said when discussing about the John Cena vs The Undertaker fight with Lance Storm and Cyrus on The Ross Report. If Ross' speculation about Cena turning heel and beating The Undertaker comes true then it could create quite a stir in the WWE universe. Cena with one more win will equal Ric Flair's 16 World Heavyweight Championship wins.

Ross's speculation is based on a rumour that the Deadman will put his career on the line when he faces Cena at WrestleMaina 33 after beating AJ Styles for the WWE Championship at Royal Rumble.

Royal Rumble takes place at Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas, on 29 January 2017, while WrestleMaina 33 will be held at Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Florida, on 2 April the same year.
