Ice Spice Shows Off 'Saint' and 'Sinner' Tattoos in Risqué Video: How Many Does She Have Now?
Rapper Ice Spice adds 'Saint' and 'Sinner' tattoos to her collection, sparking online discussion

American rapper Ice Spice has added two new tattoos to her collection, revealing matching red cursive designs reading 'Saint' and 'Sinner' on the backs of her upper thighs in a video shared on Instagram.
The 26-year-old rapper posted the video on Saturday, 5 September 2026, wearing a striped two-piece outfit before turning around to show the fresh ink. The lettering is positioned high on the backs of her thighs, just beneath her shorts, with 'Saint' on one side and 'Sinner' on the other. The tattoo artist responsible for the designs has not been publicly identified.
The new pieces bring the number of Ice Spice's publicly documented tattoos to at least six. Her known collection also includes a Y2K-inspired lower-back design, a red 'Munch' tattoo on her left little finger, a red and black butterfly on her left forearm and a small script tattoo near her left wrist.
Ice Spice Reveals Two New Tattoos
Ice Spice captioned the latest video 'for the love of the game' as she revealed the new designs. The red lettering uses a cursive style, with each word positioned separately across the backs of her upper thighs.
The reveal has since circulated across social media, with online discussion focusing on the lettering, placement and possible meaning of the contrasting words. Ice Spice has not publicly explained what the tattoos represent or identified the tattoo artist.

The latest pieces follow several tattoos that the rapper has previously shown publicly. In November 2023, Ice Spice revealed an ornate Y2K-inspired design on her lower back, accompanied by the caption 'Y2K! ?/?/24'. Complex reported that some fans interpreted the post as a possible hint at her debut album.
Earlier in 2023, she had the word 'Munch' tattooed in red on the side of her left little finger. The design references Munch (Feelin' U), the 2022 single that helped establish her career. She also has a red-and-black butterfly tattoo on her left forearm and a small script tattoo near her left wrist.
Her Publicly Documented Tattoos
The two new thigh tattoos can therefore be added to four previously documented pieces, bringing the known total to at least six.
However, the figure is not necessarily a complete count of Ice Spice's tattoos. The rapper has not published an official total and may have other pieces that have not been publicly revealed.
The 'Saint' and 'Sinner' designs also appear to be among her more recent visible additions, although she has not indicated whether they have a specific connection to her music or other projects.
Ice Spice Continues to Release Music
The tattoo reveal comes as Ice Spice remains active with new music and other projects.
On 28 August, she released Out My Face (My Baby) with Lil Yachty. The track was accompanied by a music video directed by AMD and Lil Yachty, with the visual split into two sections. The collaboration follows her 2024 album Y2K!.
Ice Spice has also recently expanded into the beauty industry with the launch of her debut fragrance, In Ha Mood. The perfume launched on 19 August through Ulta as part of her partnership with Revlon Fragrances.
The new tattoos add to Ice Spice's growing collection, while their meaning and her complete tattoo count remain unconfirmed.
