Johnson Service Group have announced £10.5 million worth of revenue from ex-Jarvis contracts in its first quarter trading statement.

The laundry and textile rental group have taken on three private finance initiative contracts from the railways maintenance service along with a further five facilities management contracts which have generated £4 million and £6.5 million respectively to the year March 2010.

The projects are set to raise 3 million in cash on completion.

"We anticipate a first half adjusted operating profit in excess of GBP0.5 million, compared to breakeven in the first half of 2009." their statement said.

The AIM-listed company traded at 18 pence following the news.
