Justin Baldoni Allegedly ‘Forced Himself on Women,’ Driver Claims in Explosive Legal Deposition Instagram/@justinbaldoni

The high-stakes legal battle between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni has taken a dark and 'disturbing' turn with the unsealing of a bombshell deposition from Lively's former driver, Kevin Alexander.

In testimony released on 27 January 2026, Alexander recounted a harrowing 2023 car ride between New York and New Jersey, during which the It Ends With Us director allegedly bragged about 'forcing himself on women' even when they explicitly refused his advances.

This new evidence is part of a massive trove of 180 unsealed documents that have fundamentally shifted the narrative of Lively's $160 million lawsuit. As the case barrels toward a scheduled May 2026 trial, the driver's account—which includes his immediate, panicked warning to Lively after the ride—has provided the most graphic eyewitness testimony to date, bolstering claims of a 'predatory' and 'toxic' environment orchestrated by the director-producer.

The Disturbing In-Car Conversation About Justin Baldoni's Alleged Behaviour

According to Alexander's sworn deposition, Baldoni spoke openly about his sexual history during the drive from Lively's Manhattan apartment to the Jersey-based filming location. The driver recalled that Baldoni described how he would 'force himself on women', even when they explicitly refused his advances. 'Basically, he kept talking about his sexual relations, and, again, I'm repeating myself, I believe, but, you know, he would force himself on women,' Alexander stated in the legal filing.

Alexander's account paints a picture of a conversation that left all those present deeply uncomfortable. 'If they said no, this, that, he would revert back. It was just disturbing,' he explained in his testimony. The driver emphasised that the exchange was particularly shocking because of its casual nature and the setting in which it occurred. 'To me, it was very out of the ordinary to meet somebody and talk like that in a vehicle. That's why it caught my attention.'

Critically, Alexander described feeling so distressed by what he heard that he found it difficult to concentrate on driving. The experience stayed with him, and the impact was significant enough that he felt compelled to take immediate action once the vehicle arrived at its destination.

A Driver's Urgent Warning to Justin Baldoni's Co-Star

When the group reached the production office that afternoon, Alexander made the extraordinary decision to pull Lively aside and express his reservations about the director. The driver recounted his words: 'I feel very uncomfortable. Something is not right here. I would like to do a background check on him or something.' At that point, Alexander revealed, he learned that Baldoni was not merely an actor on set but the film's producer—a detail that likely deepened his concerns about the power dynamics at play.

Alexander also recalled that Baldoni made additional comments during the drive, but he acknowledged he had not paid close attention to them because he was focused on the road. However, he insisted that the key remarks about Baldoni's alleged sexual conduct with women were impossible to forget. 'It is disturbing to me. You can't forget something like that,' he stated firmly in his deposition.

Sigrid McCawley, a member of Lively's legal team, has characterised this newly unsealed evidence as part of a significant body of witness testimony supporting her client's allegations. 'As stated, the newly unsealed evidence contains never-before-seen testimony, messages, and evidence from numerous eyewitnesses backing the claims in Ms Lively's lawsuit,' McCawley said in a statement.

Lively has filed a $160 million lawsuit against Baldoni, alleging sexual harassment during filming and claiming he orchestrated a calculated smear campaign against her in the months following production. Baldoni has categorically denied all accusations. His representatives have not yet responded to Alexander's testimony or the latest allegations.
