Lucki Bloodied After ComplexCon Attack as Rapper Was Surrounded by Fans for Photos Before 4 Victims Injured

American rapper Lucki was left bloodied after an unidentified person allegedly struck him while he was surrounded by fans for photographs outside ComplexCon in Los Angeles, as police investigate a confrontation that left four people injured.

The Los Angeles Police Department responded to reports of an ongoing fight near Chick Hearn Court and Georgia Street, outside the Los Angeles Convention Center, at about 4.45pm local time on Saturday, 3 October. Four people were found with injuries consistent with stab wounds or lacerations, with two taken to hospital and a third travelling there independently.

According to law enforcement sources cited by TMZ, Lucki was taking photographs with fans in a nearby parking area when an unidentified person struck him on the side of the face, causing a laceration. LAPD is investigating the incident as an attempted murder case, and no arrests have been announced.

Lucki Injured During Fan Photo Session

The 30-year-old rapper, whose real name is Lucki Camel Jr., was outside the convention centre when the confrontation began.

Video footage circulating on social media appears to show Lucki with blood around his face and neck after the incident. In one clip, people nearby can be heard calling for a paramedic as others help him towards a black vehicle. Lucki appears to hold a cloth against his face as he gets into the car.

The Los Angeles Times reported that police had not confirmed whether the rapper or his associates were involved in the fight. Police have also not confirmed that Lucki was stabbed.

Lucki's representatives have not issued a formal statement about his condition. TMZ reported that he later reposted an Instagram Story early on Sunday, but it did not provide details about his injuries.

Four People Injured in Brawl

LAPD told the Los Angeles Times that four people were found with injuries consistent with stab wounds or lacerations. Two were taken to a local hospital with injuries that police said appeared to have resulted from a knife attack.

A third person travelled to hospital independently and was treated for a severe laceration. A fourth approached an officer with an elbow laceration but declined medical treatment and left the scene.

Social media posts describing Lucki as having suffered a stab wound circulated after the incident, but the available police information does not establish that he was stabbed.

Playboi Carti was also seen watching the disturbance from a nearby vehicle. Police have not identified him as a suspect or suggested that he was involved in the violence.

ComplexCon Says Brawl Happened on Public Street

ComplexCon organisers said the incident occurred on a public street outside the event. The organisation said its security team and LAPD responded immediately and that the safety of guests, artists, partners and staff remained its highest priority.

The convention was being held at the Los Angeles Convention Center and Crypto.com Arena. Lucki had appeared at the event earlier on Saturday.

Police Appeal for Footage and Witnesses

LAPD is investigating the incident as an attempted murder case, according to law enforcement sources. Authorities have not publicly identified a suspect or explained what led to the confrontation.
