Madonna has revealed that she once had a sex dream about Brad Pitt.

During a no-holds barred Q&A session with fans on Reddit.com, the 55-year-old pop icon admitted hooking up with the Hollywood heart-throb in her head.

Recalling the raunchy night-time fantasy, the Like a Prayer hitmaker said she and Angelina Jolie's fiancé were in bed and she had his blonde babies.

Madonna said: [''I last laughed at] The fact that I had a dream about Brad Pitt.''

The father-of-six was a recurring theme in the online grilling and Madonna brought him up again when asked about the last dream she had.

''Brad Pitt and I were living together and there was a small blonde child in the bed. Sorry Angelina, it was only a dream,'' she said.

Madonna has been dating Brahim Zaibat, one of her backing dancers, since 2010.

When asked in the Q&A, the best birthday present she received, she said: ''I got a bong in the shape of a penis."
