Paramedic Records Himself Masturbating and Urinating Into Co-Workers' Food, Posts Video to a Porn Site
He admitted uploading at least 64 videos to an adult subscription platform

A Maryland paramedic has been sentenced to 25 years in prison after recording himself contaminating food and drinks with bodily fluids at fire department facilities, exposing colleagues to the substances without their knowledge.
Christopher Carroll, 36, who worked with the Baltimore County Fire Department's quick response team, pleaded guilty in August to three charges of causing the ingestion of bodily fluids. The offences stemmed from incidents between September and December 2025.
Carroll reportedly admitted that he wanted to become 'some sort of porn star' and make money from videos documenting his actions. He uploaded at least 64 clips to JustForFans, a subscription-based adult content platform, charging users $7 (£5.25) to access the material.
Most of the recordings were allegedly made at the fire department's headquarters in Towson and a fire station in Pikesville. Investigators subsequently discovered evidence of bodily fluids and Carroll's DNA in offices and inside an ambulance.
Carroll was arrested on 4 February and initially faced 23 counts relating to his conduct. Under a plea agreement reached with prosecutors in August, he admitted to three offences. His 25-year sentence was five years longer than the prison term prosecutors had sought.
Ice Machine and Food Contamination Exposed
Among the incidents detailed by prosecutors was a recording in which Carroll allegedly urinated into an ice machine before using a scoop to mix the contents. He reportedly wiped himself with the utensil before giving the camera a thumbs-up.
More than a dozen employees subsequently used the machine, unaware of the alleged contamination.
Carroll reportedly captioned the video: 'They always say don't drink the yellow snow, but I'm just trying to make a slushie.'
In another incident, he allegedly masturbated into a bottle of coffee creamer before returning it to a communal refrigerator. Prosecutors also said he ejaculated over a female supervisor's keyboard, near a place where she regularly ate breakfast and lunch.
Other alleged acts involved contaminating food prepared at the firehouse. Prosecutors further alleged that Carroll urinated into a fragrance dispenser at a doctor's office before plugging it back in, raising concerns about possible additional victims.
The investigation prompted the fire department to undertake decontamination work. Officials carried out 'hazmat cleaning' at affected offices and stations, replaced the ice machine and sanitised several vehicles.
Victims Describe Betrayal as Carroll Apologises
During his sentencing hearing, Carroll expressed remorse for his actions, acknowledging the harm caused to those affected. 'I'm truly sorry to everyone who has been involved. I'm absolutely ashamed that I caused so much hurt,' he said.
Deputy State's Attorney Lisa Dever condemned the offences, highlighting the impact on employees who had trusted Carroll as a colleague. 'That is what this defendant brought to a community of people who only want to serve,' Dever said.
One victim, whose identity was withheld, also criticised Carroll for exploiting the trust of people working alongside him. '(He) preyed on the very people who trust him most and chose to violate us for his own twisted gratification,' the victim said.
Carroll had been suspended before sentencing, and the fire department has since confirmed that he is no longer employed. Prosecutors also raised concerns about the possibility of further victims, while one of the videos allegedly showed Carroll's two children in the background.
The case has left affected employees confronting a breach of trust in a workplace dedicated to public safety. Concerns about the full extent of his alleged conduct remain.
