USA network has released the synopsis for Mr Robot season 2 finale (episode 9 and 10), which teases a lot of drama ahead for Angela Moss, Elliot Alderson and Darlene. The two-hour final episodes are titled, eps2.9_pyth0n-pt1.p7z and eps2.9_pyth0n-pt2.p7z and will air on 14 September.

The official synopsis reads as follows:

The current plot of Mr Robot revolves around Elliot in some correctional facility trying to form a bond with his alter ego; Angela climbing the social ladder at E-Corp; and Darlene making some decisions to save her fsociety from the FBI.

Episode 8 of Mr Robot season 2 found Darlene and other members of fsociety holed up at E Corp chief counsel Susan Jacobs home. Fans also found out that Jacobs was involved in Edward Alderson's death, as the 24 August episode ended with Darlene avenging her father's death by electrocuting Jacobs with a stunt gun.

Carly Chaikin spoke to Entertainment Weekly about Darlene's twist and said, "Before the season started, Sam [creator Sam Esmail] walked me through everything and said, "You're going to kill someone." I was like, "What? So I'm a murderer now?" And he said, "No, it's not like that."

According to the actor, that bada** scene was her favorite. "As an actor, it was one of those scenes where the second I got home, it was all I wanted to work on. It makes so much sense — justifying what Darlene is doing and why. It's a badass scene and my favorite I've ever done."

Going into the finale the show has a lot of questions to address: What is Angela's end-game? How far will Darlene go to prevent FBI from busting fsociety? What will be Elliot and Mr Robot's next move? Is Tyrell Wellick dead? Will Dominique DiPierro track down fsociety?
