A fan even called them perfect for each other and wrote, "PLEASE get back together! You guys are so perfect for each other!!!" A follower of his noted, "You two should be together."

"I wish you we're together in real life dear Leo," wished a fan. A fan advised, "Please marry her. It makes my cold heart warm up." The on-screen married couple dated for two years while working on the CBS show and broke up in 2009.

Cuoco is dating Equestrian Karl Cook since 2016, while Galecki is rumoured to be a dating model, Ariella Nicole.
During the panel, executive producer Steve Molaro shared a story of their first Comic-Con panel for The Big Bang Theory, where he unknowingly crashed a fight between Cuoco and then-boyfriend Johnny Galecki, who were secretly dating at the time.

Though the exes couldn't recall exactly what they were fighting about, Cuoco shared that she was about ready to cry and urged Molaro to stay. "I think it was a great bonding moment for me," Cuoco joked, adding that she's since gone to Molaro for relationship advice following that moment in the hotel bar in 2007.
