Pretty Little Liars summer finale synopsis triggers 'Aria Drake' theories

As the summer finale inches closer, the liars, Aria, Emily, Hanna, and Spencer are getting more puzzle pieces to solve. The Uber A plot has already been thickened with the latest Mary Drake twists.

In the previous episode, the liars broke into Aunt Carol's storm cellar only to find that Jessica DiLaurentis has made a file on each liar minus Aria. They also learn that Mary Drake has another child whose identity is still a mystery. The events of the previous episode combined with the synopsis of the finale have led fans to speculate whether Aria is actually Aria Drake (A.D).

Titled as The Darkest Knight, the synopsis of the summer finale episode reads: The Liars face off with their enemies in a chaotic fight that ends fatally. One of the PLLs learns a secret about her past that changes everything while another Liar discovers something about her future that could alter her course forever.(via TVLine).

PLL season 7 will return this Tuesday with episode 8 Exes and OMGs and as the title suggest, one of the girls will have an awkward meeting with her ex. Emily will meet her former lover Paige during a job interview. Click here to watch the show live (only in the US) on Freeform's official website.

However, while investigating Mary's missing child, the girls will be able to locate the doctor who delivered the baby.

The synopsis for this Tuesday(16 August) episode reads: Emily goes up for a position as the Rosewood High swim coach, only to learn that her ex-girlfriend Paige is also up for the job. Hanna is visited by Mrs. Grunwald after she has a vision that the PLLs are in danger. The girls track down the doctor who delivered Mary's baby in order to get answers. Ali decides to go back to work to help bring some normalcy to her life again.

Pretty Little Liars season 7 episode 8 will air this Tuesday (16 August) at 8pm EST on Freeform.
