PS4 Blu-Ray Drive Still Has Teething Problems

Owners of Microsoft's Xbox One and Sony's PlayStation 4 consoles continue to report multiple hardware problems. Players of both next-gen consoles have reported that a small number of the first batch of both systems were defective.
Unlike the PS3, which is considered the best Blu-ray player yet launched, the PS4 doesn't offer a great Blu-ray experience. In fact, when the PS4 came out, users were forced to download an update to enable playback of DVDs and Blu-ray discs.
A report now says that there's a new problem with Sony's PlayStation 4 and its Blu-ray drive.
Here are a few tweets of users complaining about the console's Blu-ray drive.
After playing around with my #PS4 for over a month, the only issue I've had is with it hanging when loading up some blu ray movies

These are just two of the many tweets by unhappy owners.
How long will it be before we see a smooth, problem free PS4?
