The fight between Rafael dos Anjos v Tony Ferguson is set to start at 5am GMT (Sunday UK time).
Tony Ferguson was the winner of the The Ultimate Fighter: Team Lesnar vs. Team dos Santos, where he was representing Team Lesnar, who was coached by wrestler Brock Lesnar. He defeated Ramsey Nijem in the final, which has seen him become eligible to face Dos Anjos on Saturday in Mexico.
The 32-year-old "RDA" has not faced Ferguson so far in his career. It will be the first time the two fighters will be pitted against each other in the octagon. Dos Anjos has a 25-8 record in MMA and he will be looking to bounce back following his defeat to Eddie Alvarez on 7 July.
Ferguson's last defeat was in May 2012 and holds a MMA record of 21-3. The American, also known as "El Cucuy" will be looking to extend his winning streak when he takes on the South American at the Arena Ciudad de Mexico.
The event will also see Martin Bravo and Claudio Puelles face each other in the lightweight finals of The Ultimate Fighter: Latin America 3. Bravo will be representing Team Griffin, while Team Liddell is led by Puelles in the final on Saturday.
