Hollywood heartthrob Robert Pattinson has said that he is a huge fan of the BBC TV show The Great British Bake Off, claiming that he would rather stay at home and watch than go out and party.

"I really love The Great British Bake Off, I've been watching it on iPlayer," Pattinson confessed to Yahoo.

"The BBC still make great TV and this is one of their best in years. I think it has probably inspired me enough that I am going to take up baking, which makes me even less rock and roll than I am now," he added.

The 27-year-old also said that he was not keen on the constant spotlight of fame.

"Everybody wants to believe that LA living means partying every night, that isn't my reality. Fans probably don't want to imagine their idols are at home doing unbelievably mundane things, but for most of the time that is the case. People are aware I am not a big fan of the limelight, I'd much rather be at home," Pattinson said.

Recently, he also hinted that he might not forgive his ex Kristen Stewart any time soon.

Pattinson and Kristen Stewart split up for the second time after she got back in touch with Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders. All hell broke loose between the perfect pair last year when Stewart confessed to having an affair with Sanders behind Pattinson's back. She later apologised, but - it seems - to little effect.

"I judge people on their actions," Pattinson told Australia's Sunday Style. "I don't really care if it's wrong or right, I give them the benefit of the doubt. If they do something I can't be bothered to deal with, I just cut them out."
