This year's Met Gala was a star-studded event and, like many of the celebs in attendance, Kylie Jenner posted her fair share of snaps from the soiree on social media.

One picture of the reality star and her model sibling Kendall posing with rap mogul P Diddy and other hip-hop stars was posted to her 93 million Instagram followers. Dressed up to the nines, their pout game was strong as they posed with their middle fingers up.

Over the weekend P Diddy shared the exact same shot on his timeline but eagled-eyed fans noticed one glaringly obvious difference: The Jenners had been dismissed.

After a few snips with a cropping tool of his choice, the Mo Money Mo Problems hitmaker captioned the picture: "#teamlove #blackexcellence."

Within hours, Diddy Crop started trending on twitter with fans praising his apparent level of pettiness.

One fan noted that it appeared that the 47-year-old's move was premeditated writing: "Diddy knew he was gonna crop them out before the pic was even taken. Look how he's angled."

Others suggested that he simply didn't want to glorify profantity by showcasing the pair flipping the bird. Either way, speculation is now rife that he is no longer a fan of the Kim Kardashian's little sisters.

So, there you have it. The Diddy Crop is now a thing and simply means seamlessly cropping people out of existence.
