Chris Brown was allegedly served a restraining order from his ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran on 5 May, but the Loyal singer has denied such reports. A screenshot has appeared on the Baller Alert Instagram page, which features Brown going on a rant about Tran's accusations of abuse.
Brown is seen commenting on an article with the headline: "Karrueche Tran Ready to go Toe-to-Toe with Chris Brown Over Abuse Claims and Alleged Death Threats." He denied being served any papers and said, "LIl'm so sick of these thirsty adults. Jacob has the obsession. Her team is trying their best. For what? No one has ever served me and the lengths they are going, I should call them stalkers."
The singer has called out fans for judging him for his past misdeeds. He continued, "What's even more, f****d up is that, they played off my past saying I abused her. Common now, opening old wound to make Kae look a victim, that's some evil s***t. Sad part y'all believe it."
He went on to claim that the model was just using his name to promote herself, when in reality he was the one being slandered. "She doesn't need a restraining order from me. I need one from them," the 28-year-old said.
In a second comment, the Loyal singer referred to Rihanna's abuse case and admitted, "I will not just accept any papers from any lawyer and I will not go to court admit guilt to further tarnish who I am. I pled guilty in the Rihanna case because I was. I refuse to allow these evil hearted people to label me and lie because they think it will skyrocket their career. Just stay away from me."
Commented on TMZ's article that says he was served with Tran's restraining order on his birthday, Brown said, "Super lie. Try again." Tran filed a case against the Privacy singer in February this year, claiming that he has "told a few people that he was going to kill me," and that he had even "punched" her in the stomach and pushed her "down the stairs". The couple dated on and off for a few years before calling it quits in 2015.
