The 100 season 3
Clarke Griffin is hunted in The 100 season 3 The CW

The 100 season 3 opened with Clarke Griffin being hunted by Ice Nation and Bellamy Blake, Monty Green, Marcus Kane, and Indra searching for Clarke to warn her about the bounty on her head. The upcoming episode titled, Wanheda: Part Two, will find Clark being captured by a rogue Grounder named Roan.

Episode 2 airs on Thursday, 28 January at 9pm EST on The CW. Michael Beach will join the CW series as an Arker named Pike in the episode. According to Entertainment Weekly, Pike will be a charismatic Arker, who boasts a "staunch moral code."

The official synopsis reads as follows:

Bellamy (Bob Morley) and Kane (Henry Ian Cusick) risk life and limb to rescue Clarke (Eliza Taylor). In an attempt to avoid worrying about her daughter, Abby (Paige Turco) focuses on whether to open Mount Weather as a medical facility. Meanwhile, Murphy (Richard Harmon) plots to betray his former Chancellor (Isaiah Washington).

The premiere episode showed Clarke on the run, and also revealed that Clarke is the "Wanheda" that Ice Nation and the Grounders are hunting for. Indra explains to the Sky People that Grounders believe that when you kill someone, you get their power. After what Clarke did at Mount Weather in the season 2 finale weakened Lexa's command (and made the Ice Nation emboldened to rise up in war), it also made Clarke incredibly strong. Clarke is so strong that everyone is calling her Wanheda, which means "Commander of Death."

A new promo shows Kane saying "more troubles" as Bellamy points the gun at an army of Grounders. Monty also promises to find Clarke, as we see Clarke being captured by Roan. He says, "The Great Wanheda!" to her as she hits back by saying, "I am no one."

The promo ends with Clarke shouting, "You wanted the Commander of Death, you got her!"
