Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone are not bitter exes! The Amazing Spider-Man actor recently admitted he is still in love with his former girlfriend and co-star Stone.

During a discussion with The Hollywood Reporter, the 33-year-old star was asked, "You're on a desert island and can have one actor or actress with you. Who?" Garfield replied, "Emma Stone. I love Emma. She's all right. She can come."

The couple dated for four years after meeting on the sets of The Amazing Spider-Man in 2012. While Andrew portrayed the superhero Peter Parker/Spider-Man, Stone played his love interest, Gwen Stacy, in the movies.

The actor, who is set to play Father Sebastião Rodrigues in the Martin Scorsese-directed-movie Silence, shared his opinion about acting and told the website, "I just like knowing everything I can. I love the fact that I get to train for a year as a Jesuit priest and then train to be a cop and learn how to make a rocking chair. I want to know everything about everything, and that's not possible and it won't be possible. I'm not ever going to reach it."

The actor continued, "Neil Young has a recurring dream where he has the perfect melody — and he wakes up every time and can't remember it. And that's what it is for me. There's something to aspire to always, there's somewhere further to go. And the thing that I hate about acting is — well, everything I just said. The longing is so f*****g painful sometimes."

Previously, the La La Land actress also opened up about her ex, Garfield, in an interview with Vogue. "[Andrew is] someone I still love very much," she said, before joking, "I'm really glad you're sitting down so I can tell you."

Speaking about her post break-up life, she said, "It's been interesting. It's been a good year. And sad. Pros and cons."
